Start the brew cycle for 10 seconds, then stop for 10 seconds. Repeat this 5 times. Remove the portafilter and start the brew cycle again; rinse the portafilter with water from the group head. Remember to also brush the group head. Reinsert the portafilter without any powder and carry out the flushing procedure 3 times to rinse. Then, make and discard an espresso.

Place the objects to be cleaned in the solution for about 20 minutes, until they are clean. Rinse thoroughly with fresh water afterward. The benefits of weekly cleaning allow for fresh filter baskets, shower screens, portafilters, handles, trays, and more, providing a crisper experience when drinking your coffee.
